Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a fiduciary?

Yes.

What do you love about your job?

I never feel like I’m at work! I love helping people find the clarity I once needed myself. I get to keep learning, growing, and serving in ways AI can’t replicate — because I offer something deeply human: connection. Technology supports what I do, but it doesn’t replace it.

What services do you provide clients?

I offer asset management, financial planning, life insurance (when it fits the plan), and estate planning guidance. We take a year-round, bite-sized approach — not a one-and-done. My service tiers are built so every client gets the attention they deserve, no matter their starting point.

What is your investment philosophy?

I believe in owning tangible assets — homes, stocks, businesses, and real estate that produce income. When investing in the market, I help clients buy great companies that align with their goals and values.

How will we communicate about my investments?

Each service tier includes specific communication rhythms. In general, we meet at least twice a year, with more access as engagement increases. I’m available via text, email, phone — and we can meet virtually or in person.

How do you get paid?

Most of my compensation comes from a percentage of assets under management (AUM), which aligns my success with yours. I also offer flat-fee planning or monthly billing for clients without investable assets. I do earn commissions on insurance when it’s part of a plan — but that’s less than 20% of my revenue.

How will you evaluate my investment performance?

We look at your full financial picture — not just market returns. We compare your progress to your goals and benchmarks like the S&P 500. Our diversified portfolios are reviewed quarterly and monitored weekly.

Why did your last two clients stop working with you?

One client wanted more in-person meetings than I could offer, and I had to prioritize family time over late evenings. The other clients left after I introduced a $49/month minimum fee — I was providing extensive service for unsustainable compensation. That change allowed me to build a structure that honors every client’s time and value moving forward.
