About Me

I'm Sandra Park, a dedicated Wealth Manager at Financial Serenity. As a single mom, native Texan, and proud Asian-American, I bring a unique blend of experiences to my role. With a background as an engineer in the defense industry and a personal journey that led me to become a baby-steps millionaire, I'm on a mission to empower women to take control of their financial destinies. My passion lies in helping women learn how to manage their money instead of letting money manage them, ensuring they lead fulfilling and meaningful lives full of choices.

Outside the Office

In my free time, you can often find me immersed in the pages of a non-fiction book or listening to podcasts or audiobooks. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, rucking, and relishing the opportunity to get outdoors.

I'm also a culinary adventurer who delights in cooking ethnic dishes and baking chocolate or fruity treats. I love traveling to new destinations inside and outside the United States, and staying active through exercise are passions that fuel my zest for life.

I'm also a big advocate for self-care and meditation. Nurturing our well-being and finding moments of stillness in our busy lives is essential for achieving true serenity.


I have been a college recruiter, taught in classrooms as part of the Engineers in the Classroom program, and mentored other engineers, sharing my knowledge and expertise to inspire the next generation.

Furthermore, I served as the site lead for the Pacific Asian American Network at a former employer, fostering a sense of belonging and community for my colleagues.

Community Service

In addition, I'm actively engaged in community service, teaching Financial Peace University online, and hosting three Meetup groups —one focused on financial education for women, another is a personal finance and investing book club. The last is a local social group that welcomes anyone looking to get out, have fun, and connect with others.

My Family

My family holds a special place in my heart, and I cherish every moment spent with my son, who will leave the nest soon. 


My family consists of my son, Mason, who is 17. Mason is a future engineer who is going to go to college debt-free. He loves Hot Cheetos, video games, showing me silly memes, watching YouTube and TikTok videos, and wants to visit China one day.

My BHAGG is to impact one million women. My dream is to retire from corporate America, achieving financial independence that allows me to work on my terms, passionately empowering women to take control of their financial destinies and lead lives filled with choices and opportunities. Additionally, I aspire to travel and live in other countries for extended periods, enriching my life with diverse experiences around the world.
